It is time to complete the PRS form. It's a simple form to claim what music is in your show. Each show must complete this form, even if you are using no music, or if it is a musical and you already have the rights to all your music (there's a checkbox for that).
For section 1, our venues are Central Hall, Venue 45, Surgeons' Hall (for Flemming and Haldane), or Greenside; our companies are all amateur; our company performing name is AHSTF, and our Company is a "no" on UK VAT registered.
The rest of the questions are more show specific.
I can help with any questions and walk through it with you if you'd like.

Dear Directors and Tech Directors,
This is an exciting time for me working with you because now that we have your venue assignment we can work together on how your show works in your specific venue.
To that end, I want to introduce you to Liz Howard, who is your Productions Manager this year for AHSTF and ICTF. Liz and I will work together with you and your students on the theater prep for your show, and be there in Scotland with you.
Next week we will begin the process of meeting your technical and rental requirements by sending and asking you to fill out the Technical Questionnaire. This online form is a short and complete way to specify sound, lights, sets, props, etc. that you might need for your show.
Here is a schedule of technical preparation:
3/28 - Technical Questionnaire will be sent
4/11 - Completed Technical Questionnaire returned
April - First estimate sent
May - Second estimate sent after adjustments made to First Estimate
5/16 - Final Estimate sent out
6/1 - Deadline for electronics, musical instruments, and build-out adjustments.
7/1 - Deadline for additions props, sets, etc. and to cancel and any rented equipment.
June and July - Online meetings with directors, students, and venue tech. This is to plan your load-in rehearsal and the flow of your show with the technicians that are working in your venue.
There are other things we will do along the way, like, completing a form for music rights, completing a hazards form, and other show-related things that are required by the Fringe office.
We look forward to working with you over the next several months and seeing you in Scotland.
